How to loosen the knot of the necklace?

It was during my best friend’s wedding when the Aunt of the bridegroom presents her a necklace. Normally, the bride will need to wear the accessories if they received a present. Unfortunately, the necklace was accidentally stacked. We were unable to unclog it at the peak of time.

In fact, all we have to do is, apply some talc onto it. Then try to solve it. It will easily get loose thereafter.
